At Elite Visagiste, we strive to deliver high-quality makeup services that meet or exceed your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service and the timing of your request.

We understand that schedules can change. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee of £25.
Each client is allowed two reschedules per service. After the second reschedule, a 25% rebooking fee will apply.

For certain services, particularly bridal makeup and group bookings, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. This deposit typically ranges from 25% to 50% of the total service cost and is applied toward your final payment.

In the event that we must cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control (such as illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen events), we will offer you the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund regardless of the timing.
